I have more pics and other posts for later but I just had to post about tonights happenings... Micah is teething and we put our fingers in his mouth to check the progress and he bites us so we say OUCH.... I was changing Az and he came up and put his fingers in Az's mouth and then pulled them out and said OUCH. then laughed.... Also he grabbed Az's diaper to throw it away for me and it fell open and Aunt Becca said he was carrying it with a disgusted face and his tongue sticking out like eeewww this is gross..... He also helped Gwah put away the dishes and found a wash cloth when Aunt Becca was folding clothes and went and put it away....
AND Gloria was calling for Toby the cat and Micah follows behind say OW OW cause that's what Toby says.... SO cute I just can't get over it he is WAY too smart.
and we can't leave out Az.... he is not officially sucking his two fingers just like his mommy used to with his right hand.... and is gettting better about not screaming when we put him down

Christmas #2
We finally had Christmas with Tom's parents on New Years Eve.... I was spoiled with LOTS of new cooking materials :) including a new food processor from my sweetie. The boys had fun Micah got a new train to ride and plays with it pretty much any chance he has at Gwah's house. He has learned so much and keeps surprising us everyday. One day every time we turned around it seemed like he was doing something new. He decided he likes to read his new books and LOVES to read to us, he even gave daddy his blanket so he could read to him .... he jibber jabbers and turns the page followed by clapping because he's proud of himself. He figured out that if he stands on his train he can get on the couch. He also decided that spinning the computer chair is more fun than taking a nap. Oh and he started pushing the train back and forth like it's a vaccum. Azariah is now LAUGHING it's just the best. He is such a happy baby when he wants to be and he can be a real screamer when he wants to be too. He's def a mama's boy which I like but am starting to not like the inconvenance of. I can't leave for very long because he thinks he needs me 24/7.... I have to admit I do like being needed that much :)
Micah had a bad sore on his finger that we thought was a spider bite so Gwah and I took him to the doc to get it checked out and to get Az's shots done. turned out it was just an infected scrape or scratch because he sucks on that thumb all the time, so they had to poke it and drain it and put on a bandaid, he tried to be a trooper but all bets were off when she covered up his favorite finger he waved frantically at the doc when she left the room he was ready to leave. Az on the other hand DOES NOT like shots. I can't say I blame him I'm not a fan either.
Gloria took Micah home after his doc's visit so Tom and I could go to bible study and I guess on the way home he decided to take matters in his own hands and remove that pesky bandaid and gleefully said YEAH when he accomplished his task and handed it to Uncle Ryan.
I also heard that Gwah went to get the Jungle Book movie out of the portable player and put it in at her house and he said Bear Necesseties, I am just SHOCKED at how smart my little 15 month old is sometimes.
Tom also just informed me that while I ran to the store tonight Micah started spinning Tom in the computer chair at our house.
We have also come to the not so exciting conclusion of Micah is hitting the terrible 2 stage rapidly. He looks at you after you tell him no and gives you a look of oh yea what are you going to do about it and proceeds without caution. I think he thinks counting is now a game. I have a feeling we are really in for it.
Aunt Helen and Uncle Garye also came for a visit for the first time and were able to see Micah in a much better mood which was nice. He was REALLY sick the last time he saw her and wasn't very good company so it was good for her to see him doing well and see how fun and sweet he can be. She also brought me Toffee :) it was a good day.
Tonight we attempted bath # 2 with the boys and it went really well again. We bought the boys new bath toys that included some foam letters and Micah caught on very quickly to putting them on the side of the tub and then also figured out they might stick to brothers head. Az wasn't so impressed but was a trooper about it none the less. We attempted to put both boys in the same room for bed time and that lasted in my mind 5 minutes but Tom informed me it was more like 45 still not sucessful in my eyes. Both boys are now sleeping soundly but in diff rooms. I have a feeling it's going to be a long road to gain this accomplishment.
Well if any of you are still with me I think I'm going to stop for now ..... I will try to post pics later and keep this thing updated a little more frequently.

brotherly bath
Last night was the first time we decided to give the boys a bath at the same time. We had this lawn chair type thing for Az to use when he came home from the hospital when he couldn't have a real bath yet and decided to see if it'd work for a real bath too and it did. Micah got in first and puked and then Az joined and proceeded to pee on Micah so we drained the water and reloaded, and of course Az peed on Micah again. Micah however loved having brother( who I have named bubbles because he's always blowing bubbles with his spit) in the tub with him and didn't cause any trouble which was a nice change. We got both boys cleaned and in their new towels from Lester and Roberta and it only took 30 mins compared to about 1 1/2 hours to bathe them seperately. We got them dry and in their jammies and off to bed.
I will post pics later once I find my card reader.

Christmas part 1
Our Christmas Started at about 8pm on the 23rd. We were supposed to be in the car headed to Bonnie's house but the weather wasn't going to be in our favor so we decided to stay home for the night and try again the next day. Since we wern't in the car we decided it might be a nice time to open presents for the boys. We started with the gifts from the neighbors but once we started we didn't want to stop so they opened the presents from us also. Micah was VERY cute, at his birthday we had to help him open is gifts but for Christmas all we had to do was start it for him and he quickly caught on to tearing into them all on his own. He would tear off a piece and put it in the other hand repeatedly until that hand was full and he'd drop it and find out what he just opened. We got him an accoustic guitar and some blocks and he plays with both every chance he can get. Az got a play mat to look up at pretty lights and toys, he's not real sure about it yet but he's getting used to it slowly.
Christmas Eve Day we woke up and packed for a cold drive and a possible break down and were on the road by 10:30 or 11. It was icy all the way to Gunnison but we made it thru. We stopped and had a nice lunch and gave the boys some time out of the carseats they were VERY appreciative. Micah was flirting with all the girls he saw and Az was just all smiles. We borrowed Gwah's dvd player for this trip and let Micah watch Jungle Book, made the trip a lot easier and we would just sit and listen to him try to sing along it was very cute, he can now say NECESSITIES thanks to the Jungle Book. He was very clear on what movie he wanted to watch when I switch dvd's on the way home for Madagascar Christmas. It ended and he looked at me and said NECESSITIES and pointed at the dvd player. Apparently 5 times in a row wasn't enough bear necesities for him.
We arrived in GJ just in time for Dinner for at Grandma Marianna's house where we ate and ran to make it to the last Christmas Eve service. I didn't get see more than 10 minutes of it but it was the principle of being there I guess... we were late and had to check Micah into the nursery and then Az was getting fussy so I went into the lobby and had a nice chat with a friend. Tom went to pick up Micah and he ended up being the last one because I having another nice chat with a friend and the old man was holding Micah's hand and wouldn't let him go to Tom until Tom gave him his number and apparently Micah wasn't too happy about that and gave the old man a not very nice look when he stopped him.
We had a Great Christmas this year, it was the first one that Micah didn't sleep thru present opening, Az didn't either but he had NO idea what was going on.
We had a TON of family this year Grandpa Tom and Gran, Grandma Marianna and Royce, Aunt Tricia and Uncle Craig, Eric and his brood Mom and Dad of course and our little family. We would've had more but Uncle Jeff got sick and had to stay home :( and we most def missed Jason and his family.
We still enjoyed ourselves and the boys were def spoiled with all the grandparents around. Az got to have ALL of his naps on Aunt Tricia's lap and he just ate that up.
The next day we had breakfast with some good friends and their little girl Belle who is Micah's age and got to see them play together. It was nice having someone Micah's age for him to play with. They switched sippy cups and did not want to hear that they had the wrong one.
After that Tom dropped me off at the Mall with my mom and sister for some after Christmas shooping and my friend Rachel came and joined us as well, it was a nice girls day out.
Later that night I even got to meet my friend's newest baby born on the 21st Judah. It was weird seeing a brand new baby compared to Az, he's still little to me but Judah was really little. Just shows you how fast they grow.
Unfortunately I did not get a SINGLE picture this trip but Mom and Jodi's camera's were going most fo the time so hopefully I can accumulate some pictures to share soon.

Micah with electronics
So Micah LOVES all electronics he turns on the radio in the morning ( he likes the country station) and he likes to change the channel all with the remote mind you. He also LOVES to talk on the phone he takes it from us when it's on speaker and he walks around with it to his ear and just jabbers away at what ever poor soul happens to be on the other end ( mostly Gwah) He then ALWAYS hangs up on them. Well me being clever decided I was going to find a mode that he can't actually call anyone with he can just push buttons and no harm done. Well after playing with my phone for a few minutes found airplane mode meaning no calls can go out. I thought that would be PERFECT he can play with my phone and not scream about it and I don't have to worry about him calling China. I WAS WRONG he within SECONDS of having my phone turned OFF airplane mode. Ok story time cause I JUST remembered something... When I went to visit my parents just recently Micah wanted to talk to his daddy so I put it on speaker and gave him the phone while I was nursing Az. Well of course he hung up after a few seconds and Tom tried to call back but I was busy with Az and couldn't answer the phone, well a minute later I here a call being made and Tom answers and says Micah you hung up on me. Except he didn't call Tom's cell phone back the phone he originally called us with he called our house phone. We have NO pre set speed dials on my cell phone how he figured it out I have NO IDEA. No offense to my dad but he can't even figure that out and he can acutally read unlike my 1 year old.
