July- Sept

We have had a very busy end of summer. Micah and I along with Bumpa and Bonnie went to AZ again to visit Jason and Linda and meet new baby Jolie. Micah wasn't so sure about her because she got a bottle a lot more than he did or so he thought. He loved chasing Toby all over the house tho and having Bumpa and Bonnie's attention.

In Aug we went back to Cheyenne for Tom's cousin Patrick's wedding. Micah was mauled by another baby girl that just wanted lots of kisses from him and since she walked and he didn't she won most of the time.

Micah loves to go to Gpa and Gwah's house to chase the kitties and rock out on his little key board. He is going to be quite the musician we have the feeling. If there's music playing Micah's hips are going too, it's very cute and he's even starting to sing with daddy in the car.

He also LOVES electronic's he was more than happy to help daddy figure out Gwah's new wireless keyboard and he thinks all phones and remotes are for his use to drive around like cars and push buttons.
Like all little boys Micah has had his fair share of bumps and bruises. He got his first fat lip the other day. ( crashed into the hardwood) and then not even a week later he crawled up under neather his high chair and flipped right over the bar giving him his first goose egg. He's normally quite the champ tho and he needs cuddles and some tylenol but then he's off and into everything again in no time.

Labor Day weekend we stuck around the Canon City area because the Doc advised not traveling away anymore until after the baby comes so we took a small day trip to CO Springs and caught the Balloon Glow that night with Autn Carolyn, Josh, Brittney and the boys. Micah LOVED the balloon's he would light up just as much as they did and clap happily everytime they were lit. We will most def be going back next year to see him light up again.

Micah almost made it a whole year without having to get a hair cut. He went from no hair to his hair growing like crazy so we decided it was time. Hopefully we don't have to do it very often tho he's not much for sitting still. He looks lots better now tho thanks to Aunt Carolyn. And of course daddy had to spike his hair when he was all done.

Micah will be 1 next week. I can't even hardly believe it. We went shopping for his presents a few weeks ago and have just about given him everything we got him already, we are such suckers when it comes to him. He also found out where the others are hiding and loves to sneak into mom and dad's room to take a quick preview. Well I figured I should prolly catch everyone up since I'm sure it will take me forever again once the new baby is here which is in 4 weeks.

Life in 2009

2009 has found us quite busy with a lot of new and exciting adventures, the end of Feb we went to Tucson AZ for Jason's graduation. It was very exciting to see their house and I was thrilled to be able to share ONE of his big moments with him.
It was also Micah's first time on an airplane and even tho we woke entirely too early for both flights he was a champ the whole time. He loved playing with Toby Jason and Linda's dog and of course loved seeing his Aunt and Uncle.

The night we came home we took a pregnancy test and found out we were expecting again. That was shock and excitement rolled all into one. This makes Grand baby number 6 for Bonnie and Bumpa. I definitely did not see my parents having 6 grand kids just all of a sudden but they do great and LOVE every minute of it.

Tom had training in Grand Junction for almost a month so of course Micah and I went with so I could see my family. Micah was most definitely spoiled rotten between being able to talk Bonnie into a bottle whenever he wanted and snuggling with Grandpa while he sang to him every night before bed he was one VERY happy baby. I was able to hang out with some friends while I was home also which was very nice and Micah and I had a few play dates at the park. The cutest one being with Isabelle a baby about 3 weeks younger than Micah, they held hands and then Micah stole her pacifier so then it was war. We also hung out with the cousins and Aunt Jodi quite a bit which is always fun. Jodi had a Arbonne party at mom's house one night and no one showed up for it so Micah got the full spa treatment instead, ( not really just a bucket bath with Aunt Jodi :))

After we came back home we started Micah on his first solid foods which he loves and cannot get enough of or so he thinks, ever since the first day he tries to "help" us feed him which of course makes a HUGE mess but he has fun and that's what wash cloths are for. He LOVES to have daddy play the guitar and even tries to help him out sometimes. He has also grown quite found a green blanket just like his mom and dad used to have mine was pink and Tom's was blue so that's interesting and very helpful at nap or bed time cause he just snuggles in and goes to sleep.

Paul and Gloria had their 25th Wedding Anniversary this year and decided to renew their vows at the church they were married in so we headed up to Cheyenne to take part. Tom was Paul's Best man and Becca was Gloria's Maid of honor. Micah sat with his great grandpa the whole which was really neat because the last time they saw each other Micah was only 3 days old and grandpa wasn't ready to hold him yet so I think they made up for lost time.

Tom and I celebrated our 1 year Anniverary this year. We went on the Royal Gorge Train during the day and to a nice dinner that night. It was a lot fun to have a day just the 2 of us. Gloria and Paul took Micah for the day.

Micah is crawling well if you call flopping around on the ground crawling I guess and he's pulling himself up to the coffee table and other various things. He learned about a week ago how to call the kitties at Gwah's House ( Grandma Gloria) He pats on the ground with both hands and shouts kiki kiki it's VERY cute.

We found out that we are having ANOTHER BOY Oct 19th his name will be Azariah Thomas.

We recently have experienced some fun firsts with Micah we took him to the Zoo and a few weeks ago and to the park just today to swing and go down the slide. We can't believe he's going to be 9 months next week time is just flying by but we love every second of it and can't wait to welcome the new baby and see how the brothers get along.

ALSO way exciting news as of just this week. The FIRST Trinklein Girl of family was Born Jolie Michael Trinklein on June 17th and she looks just like her daddy and is just the cutest little baby girl EVER and I CANNOT wait to meet her.

Well I think I've typed a book by now so I'll be going but I'll try to be better about updating thanks for taking the time to read about our crazy life :) Love you all
